In our herbal sauna, you can expect a soothing indoor climate with a mild temperature of 40–55°C and a pleasant humidity of around 50%. The delicate scent of selected herbs unfolds its effect without any infusion – gently, harmoniously, and invigoratingly at the same time. Here, you can take your time: relax your body and mind for 45 to 60 minutes before cooling off with a refreshing shower or a Kneipp affusion (up to around 34°C). Afterwards, it’s time to rest, feel, and enjoy—preferably for around 30 minutes. This gentle sauna variant relieves the circulation, promotes detoxification, and gives you a feeling of deep relaxation—without overheating, but with plenty of well-being.

Hot 85 to 100 °C, fragrant infusions on the glowing stones and powerful bursts of steam – this really gets your circulation going. How long you stay is entirely up to you and how you feel.
Traditionally, birch branches may also be used to promote blood circulation. Follow this with a cold shower, and you will feel rejuvenated. After a short rest period, the ritual begins again, just like in Finland, where sauna day is an integral part of the week.
